# Token Fees

**Every token buy and sell transaction will be subject to a 4% tax**

In order to promote shareholder revenue and protocol development the tax will be distributed as follows:

* **1% ecosystem growth and development**
* **1% marketing**
* **2% stakers** 

These percentages will be lowered as the protocol becomes more and more used and adopted and we are able to establish a stable revenue flow and token usage on Uncaged services.
